In programm options i set path to the MSExchange 2003 LOG files directory, but program says that cant find any log file in dir. Path is correct! File name format is yyymmdd.log (example - 20080701.log). In help writed that program searching files with this format, but... it does not work...
What you can say about it???
I need to analyze my Exchange log files... but your program dont want to work correctly.

I started the program and configured it to restrict my DVD drive and pair of applications. But nothing happens! I still have access to my DVD drive and restricted applications starts and works perfectly. So, program doesn't work at all and does NOTHING !!!

Recovery of AVCHD video files
I was trying to recover some AVCHD files that I accidentally deleted on my PC. This program did not find the files. I might how ever be so that a previous program (PC Inspector from Germany) I used to try to find the file destroyed the file because it found the files but it couldn’t recover them.
I could not find information about your program if it supports the AVCHD file format.

I have just downloaded your software onto my comp and have backed up my Thunderbird and Firefox also put them on disk I did try to load on memory stick but as I am a little slow with comp's was'nt able to do it I guess with a play around I may do one day.
Any way my question is as I was wanting to back up my address book when I look at the cd which I downloaded There are only files which I cannot see do I take it that my address book with all my important people are in that file or is there another way of doing this.
Also If my comp crashes how do I reinstall this in simple easy language.

It's a good product but the trial is seriously limited. I just wanted to compress 1 .swf file. The trial restrictions only let me do this with and save it to black and white and I'm not going to pay $99 to compress 1 file by 5k!
Technically I'd give it 7 out of 10.
Business/pricing wise, 2 out of 10.

Still needs work
While I had no problems installing FilePreviewer on Win XP 32 (SP3) and on Win XP 64 (SP), It would not work at all on Win XP 64. It works ok on Win XP 32.It would show images(.jpg) correctly, .html .pdf, and Notepad text files, but would not preview any Word or Excel files. It was also lacking keyboard shortcuts to use it's functions, or to turn it on , or off.

I found the product to work very well. It does the job that I require of it and it offfers excellent value at the price of $119. I was surprised though to learn that I also needed Vivaldi Gold to perform further colour processing that I require to enhance my score. I was also disappointed that the output format is a proprietary one which few other applications can use. At this point in time Music XML seems to be the way to go for interoperability and for transnotational outputs. It bothers me that an excellent product such as Vivaldi Scan from a group like BMG is being shunned/ ignored by the developers of musicxml who are citing more than 100 products with musicXML on their website, including 18 music OCR products, but none of these are from Vivaldi. I really do hope that musicXML will become one of your output formats soon as this would afford me the freedom of choosing any product that suits the next step of my score processing best. Once again, thank you for an excellent product. which I could try out.
